What we collect
- Details you enter to generate your report: full name, date of birth, place of birth, optional time of birth, and email address.
- Payment status information from Razorpay (payment ID, amount, status). We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials.
How we use it
Your birth details are used solely to generate your personalized report and deliver it to your email. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
Processors we use
- Razorpay — payment processing.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Email delivery provider — to send your report.
- AI processing infrastructure — to compose your report text from your calculated numbers.
Retention
Order details are retained as required for tax and accounting compliance. You may request deletion of your personal data by writing to helpdesk.joshiastrologer@outlook.com; we will comply except where retention is legally required.
