Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital product
Each report is a personalized digital product generated specifically for you immediately after payment. Because generation and delivery are instant, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is complete.
Monthly Cosmic Review subscription
The Monthly Cosmic Review is a recurring subscription billed monthly via Razorpay. You may cancel anytime from the subscription management link in your payment emails or by writing to helpdesk.joshiastrologer@outlook.com; cancellation stops all future charges, and no further amounts are deducted. Charges already made for a delivered monthly review are not refunded.
When we refund in full
- You were charged but no report was delivered within 24 hours and redelivery fails.
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- The delivered file is corrupted or unreadable and we cannot provide a working copy.
When we redeliver instead of refund
- Report went to spam or was deleted — we resend free of charge.
- You made a typing error in your birth details — we regenerate once, free of charge, as a goodwill gesture.
How to request
Email helpdesk.joshiastrologer@outlook.com within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
