1. Service
JoshiAstrologer ("we", "us") sells personalized digital reports based on numerology and astrology, generated from birth details you provide and delivered by email as a PDF. An optional Monthly Cosmic Review subscription provides recurring monthly guidance and can be cancelled anytime.
2. Nature of the product
Reports are for guidance, self-reflection and entertainment purposes. They do not constitute medical, legal, financial or professional advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Decisions you make remain your own responsibility.
3. Accuracy of your details
Your report is generated from the details you enter. Please check name, date of birth, birth place and email carefully before paying. Reports generated from incorrect details you provided are considered delivered as ordered.
4. Delivery
Reports are digital and are normally delivered to your email within minutes of successful payment. If your report has not arrived within 24 hours, contact helpdesk.joshiastrologer@outlook.com and we will redeliver it.
5. Payments, pricing & promotions
All payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details. Prices include applicable taxes. Launch prices, displayed discounts and promo codes are limited-time offers against our regular list prices and may be withdrawn at any time. Subscription charges recur monthly until cancelled.
6. Intellectual property
Your report is licensed for your personal use. Resale or republication of report content is not permitted.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Valsad, Gujarat.
